We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Director, EPMO will establish and oversee the Enterprise Strategy Program Portfolio. This will include ensuring programs and projects are selected, prioritized, delivered and resourced with direct alignment to ISC's long-term corporate strategic objectives to maximize the value realization of our investment in programs and projects. The EPMO monitors portfolio health by implementing and tracking performance metrics that offer accountability for project success.

Reporting to Vice President, Corporate Services, other highlights include:• Manage the portfolio of projects and programs to optimize resource allocation, prioritize initiatives, and maximize business value. This includes overseeing value and benefits realization, conducting cost-benefit analyses, risk analyses, and financial calculations to determine project feasibility.
• Establish project governance frameworks, processes, and policies to ensure compliance, risk management, and project success.
• Develop and promote best practices, methodologies, and standards for project management across the organization.
• Manage resources such as people, finances, and equipment to support project delivery and achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluating project performance metrics to track progress, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to project teams and stakeholders to enhance project management capabilities and knowledge.
• Identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and communication materials to provide visibility into project status, performance, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead a team of Project Managers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, managing performance and work assignments.


What you'll need:• Bachelor of Business Administration / Commerce degree and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a project management environment (an equivalent level of related work experience may be considered).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodology, tools and techniques.
• Expert knowledge of business case analysis and application.
• Expert knowledge of financial systems and corporate budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of organizational structure in order to manage cross-departmental and cross-disciplinary resource allocation.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques as well as change management principles.
• Proven understanding of general corporate roles and linkages between business development, product strategy, marketing, IT, finance and administration, human resources and customer services.
• Superb facilitation skills and ability to build consensus among stakeholders.
