A proven ability to manage complex projects in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary environments is essential. Candidates should possess strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus and effectively resolve project conflicts. Superior communication skills are key, including the ability to present complex information clearly to project sponsors, executives, and cross-functional teams. Experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and successfully implementing change management strategies will be highly valued.

As a leader, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional coaching, mentorship, and team-building abilities. This opportunity offers an exciting platform for individuals seeking to apply their leadership and project management expertise in a forward-looking organization. As ISC continues to expand its presence both nationally and internationally, this role provides the chance to contribute directly to transformative projects that will shape the future of information management services.
