We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our organization as a Director Employee Experience & Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of enterprise-wide People strategies and culture programs, working closely with business and people teams to drive employee engagement, improve key metrics, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Here\'s where you\'ll be focusing:

  • Lead the execution of enterprise-wide People strategies and culture programs, collaborating with business and people teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage internal client relationships with VPs and Directors, providing support and guidance to facilitate the delivery of an integrated People Strategy. Engage participants and enhance key metrics such as employee experience and store satisfaction.
  • Develop and support the delivery of enterprise-wide People strategies and culture programs in collaboration with senior leaders. Utilize data collection and analysis, issue identification, options development, and action planning to align with the overall business strategy.
  • Create the architecture, methodology, tools, and templates necessary to develop and deliver effective enterprise-wide People strategies and culture programs.
  • Work with subject matter experts to synthesize information, develop insights, and provide advice to improve the employee experience throughout the organization.
  • Manage function-wide transformational change by anticipating and addressing change impacts, while fostering strong stakeholder engagement to drive alignment and accelerate capability improvements.
  • Report on key performance indicators, including data accuracy, to support leaders in achieving talent-related goals and objectives.
  • Lead multiple working teams, including a small team of direct reports, to ensure the successful implementation of People strategies and culture programs.
  • Knowledge of English is required, as the candidate will be expected to work closely with peers in other provinces in planning, developing and implementing processes and participating in key national strategic projects. The incumbent will also have to supervise members of her team who are based in provinces other than Qu\xc3\xa9bec.
What you have to offer:
  • An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in business consulting including strategy development and planning.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience in managing internal client relationships and engaging with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify issues, develop options, and create action plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, provide advice, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing transformational change initiatives and driving stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in reporting on key performance indicators and utilizing data to drive decision-making.
  • 5-7 years experience leading teams with ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
