If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity: As the Director E2E Wireless Services, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the operational performance, optimization, and innovation of wireless services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless delivery of voice, data, and enhanced services to customers, while driving strategic initiatives to enhance network performance, reliability, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Service Quality Assurance:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the three wireless domains namely Voice, Data and Rating & Charging by ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Oversee the day-to-day service quality and performance of voice, data, and enhanced services.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and efficiency of wireless networks, including radio access networks (RAN), Core networks, Roaming services by keeping alignment with Optical and IP transport infrastructure teams.
Utilize network analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization efforts.
Service Delivery Assurance:
Ensure the timely and reliable delivery of voice, data, and enhanced services relate feature set to customers, meeting, or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and quality targets.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service performance and identify opportunities for enhancement but incorporating them at the time of production roll out.
Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting wireless services, collaborating with cross-functional teams including network engineering, IT, and customer support.
Implement effective incident management processes to minimize service disruptions and restore normal operations swiftly.
Product Development and Innovation:
Work closely with product management teams to develop and launch new wireless products and services, leveraging emerging technologies and market trends.
Drive innovation initiatives to enhance the value proposition of wireless offerings and differentiate the company in the marketplace.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing wireless operations, network security, and privacy regulations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the security, integrity, and resilience of wireless networks and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in wireless telecommunications, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of wireless network technologies, protocols, and standards, including LTE, 5G, VoLTE, and IP networking. In depth understanding of DMC for data network will be asset.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing wireless network to deliver superior service performance and customer satisfaction.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and business acumen.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives, partners, and regulatory authorities.
