You can still apply if you think you're a fit.Job Requirements of Director, Digital Solutions (14 Month Contract):WHAT YOU WILL DOJoining our team for 14 months, the Director, Digital Solutions is accountable for spearheading the deployment and advancement of digital and automation solutions within our organization. This role encompasses leadership in change management, operational excellence elements, and supporting capital investment plans.In this role, you can expect to:

  • Lead the deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions to meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, such as manufacturing sites, to support the deployment and integration of digital solutions, such as Manufacturing Execution Systems
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Drive change management efforts to facilitate the adoption and integration of digital products and processes across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing value realization.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital solutions, iterating and optimizing as needed to drive desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to understand corporate IT standards, including cybersecurity protocols and architecture requirements, ensuring that digital solutions developed and deployed adhere to these standards to mitigate risks and safeguard organizational data and infrastructure.

  • 10 years in an Operations Leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience leading teams
  • Proven track record of leadership in project execution and driving change management initiatives
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value and driving continuous improvement
  • Understanding of digital technologies and trends is an asset
