Analyze market data and customer insights to identify key acquisition channels, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Lead the development of go-to-market plans for new credit card launches, ensuring a cohesive approach across all acquisition channels.Collaboration - Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Digital Sales teams to create multi-channel campaigns that include digital, social media, in-branch, and partner promotions. Define launch objectives, timelines, and KPIs to measure acquisition success and maximize market reach.Optimization - Identify and optimize acquisition channels, such as digital advertising, influencer marketing, and partnerships to increase conversion and drive customer acquisition.Relationships - Develop and manage relationships with key acquisition partners, including retail and commerce players, ensuring alignment on target audiences and campaign goals. Implement innovative acquisition tactics, such as referral programs, exclusive offers, and bundled packages, to attract new customers.Market research - Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behaviors, identifying trends that inform acquisition strategies.Credit Card Product Strategic PlanningBusiness objectives - Work with the Sr. Director, product peers and cross functional resources to achieve business objectives including NPS, revenue, profit, volume and market share goalsBusiness planning - Develop annual strategic business plans and business cases for Simplii Credit Card, in consultation with leadership teamRecommendations - Make recommendations to drive portfolio effectiveness, create operational efficiency and strategic congruence. Maintain and share product value propositions and strategies that align to the Simplii brand and franchise strategyStrategic management - Accountable for performance of Simplii Credit Card KPIs through strategic management and ongoing analysis of trends and the competitive landscape.
