The Director of Commercial Marketing is a hands-on builder responsible for leading and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies across 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s entire commercial business - Local, Regional, and National. This role is ideal for a growth-minded B2B marketer with deep experience in tactical execution, who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and knows how to scale marketing programs from the ground up.
This role requires deep experience in full-funnel marketing--with an emphasis on lead generation, CRM strategy, and lead nurturing programs. The Director will manage a lean, high-impact team, and will collaborate closely with our Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Franchise Partners. They must bring a strong understanding of CRM systems and the end-to-end lead flow process, from initial acquisition through to conversion and retention. The Director will collaborate closely with the Residential Marketing team on shared digital channels to ensure integrated marketing execution.
? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues-Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM - 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
