Capgemini is looking for a high-touch, passionate and self-motivated Client, and Sales Executive, with 10+ years of Management Consulting or Utilities Industry leadership experience. The role will be responsible for leading utility client growth strategies and sales initiatives for management consulting and large-scale implementation projects, aligned to our Smart Meter, Smart Grid and Energy Transition services ambition.The candidate would be expected to perform market and client development, foster client relationships, work with Capgemini capabilities to help clients meet their business objectives, and to operationally manage the delivery and budget of projects. The individual would be expected to lead teams of consulting professionals that will deliver world class services to our clients. Other responsibilities will include contributing to the development of offerings specific and unique to Capgemini. Existing offerings and frameworks exist, and a large component of this role will be scaling our services across Canada.Key responsibilities:The manager will be responsible for the following key activities:\xc2\xb7 Influence strategy for growing existing base of Smart Meter and Smart Grid related consulting and implementation project work in Utilities, including key offerings development and relate to client specific account plans/activities\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute client business development and sales strategies/account plans/activities in meeting sales targets\xc2\xb7 Work with Capgemini Business Lines to create joint ownership, targets, and execution plans when projects have multiple business lines participating (e.g. Capgemini Engineering, Insights and Data, Invent, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Sell and deliver Smart Grid and Utilities transformation consulting projects\xc2\xb7 Support marketing activities, e.g. publications\xc2\xb7 Foster careers for team members in sales and deliveryRequired Skills\xc2\xb7 Strong Utilities industry and Smart Meter/Grid domain experience AMI, ADMS, DERMs, Asset Management, and/or GIS\xc2\xb7 Strong Account Growth and Sales experience\xc2\xb7 Experience working with leading Smart Meter and Grid vendors such as Itron, L&G, Sensus, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens Energy, ABB, ESRI, etc\xc2\xb7 Experience leading Smart Grid and utilities strategy, consulting and/or implementation engagements\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow the business\xc2\xb7 Experience developing and leading capability assessments, business cases, use cases, transformation program roadmaps\xc2\xb7 Experience developing rate case filings and presenting to regulators\xc2\xb7 Understanding of industry business trends and current challenges\xc2\xb7 Additional preferred experience includes any of the following: large scale digital programs as a part of a transformation program (e.g. digital factories, multi-product lines / trains / squads), strategy experience (e.g. operating model design, market strategies, mergers and acquisitions strategy or post-merger integration).\xc2\xb7 Effective presentation style \xe2\x80\x93 ability to summarize into key business impacts\xc2\xb7 External marketing experience is a plus (e.g. supporting industry round tables, publishing or co-authoring articles, speaking at conferences, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Minimum 7 years of experience guiding teamsLife at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
