WHAT YOU'LL DOReport to the Chief Operating Officer.
Develop, launch, oversee and scale the CAA National Card Program.
Drive top-line sales and revenue growth to create a sustainable financial and business model
Research market opportunities and potential to access new markets and audiences and create incremental revenue streams
Maximize product margins through effective negotiation with partners & card platform providers.
Identify and acquire new gift card brands in alignment with business strategies and objectives.
Ensure partnership agreements are setup to be successful for the CAA Card program and the card partner and that key performance indicators are identified early, tracked and reported.
Work with CAA National and Clubs to integrate Gift Cards into the National Rewards and Partner Acquisition and Retention strategy and operation.
Work with various CAA club Marketing representatives to launch and promote the card program and any new card introductions.
Work with IT to design, develop and maintain a reliable, efficient card platform, fraud detection mechanisms and digital online/mobile store.
Ensure internal stakeholders and members satisfaction through operational excellence, quality service and timely communication.
Ensure fiscal responsibility by managing the budget, achieving top-line sales and revenue and bottom-line targets.
Manage budgets and identify goals, objectives, tactics and KPIs to report on the commitments in the strategic plan.
Lead, coach and mentor direct and indirect employees and contractors.
Analyze business intelligence and market research to identify changes in member and potential member needs and expectations well in advance to ensure CAA member value is maintained.
Evaluate potential partners to identify key prospects based on product/services offered, quality of service, reputation, locations, price/discount, etc.
Build and maintain effective business and working relationships with partners and potential partners to obtain the best member value and member satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'VE DONEPost-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related course of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 10 years' experience in product management or account management with a consistent track-record of meeting / exceeding goals.
Experience in the Canadian gift card market.
You will be able to pass a Canadian Criminal Record Check.
Diplomatic, decisive, collaborative, patient and a solid facilitator.
Proficient knowledge of CAA Rewards program, offerings, & technology.
Solution-driven with the ability to demonstrate empathy, creativity, and rational thinking.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
