Director Business Valuation
Job Description
Our client, a specialized firm, is currently looking for a Business Valuation Manager to join their team!
Full time. Permanent.
Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and execution of business valuation files;
Advise clients and internal team on business purchase/sale issues;
Supervise, mentor and train team members;
Draft expert reports in litigation cases;
Prepare financial projections;
Participate in business development activities;
Prepare service offers and make presentations to prospects;
Perform any other related tasks.
Profile:
Master\'s degree in business administration, accounting or finance profile;
CPA and EEE designation;
Minimum 5 years\' experience;
Bilingualism in French and English;
Proficiency in Excel;
Experience in financial modeling is an asset.
