What We Are Looking For :



We're looking for a Director, Business Transformation to join our senior leadership team. This is a client-facing role for a seasoned leader who thrives at the intersection of accounting and technology.

Reporting to the President and CFO of The Corner Office (TCO), you'll lead organizations through accounting system integrations and technology-enabled transformations that support scalable growth. You'll partner closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into practical, solutions that support long-term success.

What You Will Be Doing :



Lead and mentor team members in our Financial Technology division, driving delivery quality, accountability, and alignment with TCO's strategic objectives Evaluate accounting and financial technology platforms, working with vendors and internal teams to implement effective tools and workflows Partner closely with the President and CFO on strategic initiatives, providing informed input and supporting execution Participate in business development activities, including leading client discovery calls, assessing fit, and shaping solution approaches in collaboration with leadership Lead client onboarding and implementations, overseeing timelines, budgets, communication, and scope, and confidently managing scope changes as projects evolve Design and deliver accounting system and integration solutions in collaboration with internal teams Oversee system configuration, data migrations, and post-conversion reconciliation to ensure successful outcomes Develop and enhance financial reporting in complex environments to support client decision-making Address client challenges directly, setting clear expectations Represent TCO at industry events and with key partners to strengthen market presence and professional relationships

Education and Experience :



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field CPA designation preferred; equivalent senior experience in financial systems, consulting, or business transformation will be considered 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, financial systems, or business transformation roles Proven experience leading complex accounting system implementations, integrations, and data migrations Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage senior client relationships, and navigate scope, budget, and delivery challenges
