Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7Provide cross-functional leadership to Business Development sales teams to execute market-specific campaigns such as targeting email demand generation, phone-based outreach, and paid advertising in markets across the US, Canada and select international markets.

\xc2\xb7Be hands-on on all sales activities across multiple product categories ranging from software solutions, digital advertising and e-learning

\xc2\xb7Build proposals, and pitches for our prospective customers and oversee the quality of presentations, and demos by the internal sales team. Be ready to jump on demos if needed.

\xc2\xb7Build relationships with external vendors including advertising, media and content creation agencies to build and execute integrated communication campaigns

\xc2\xb7Lead the design and execution of all external events such as podcasts, conferences, media days and all relevant assets.

Director Of Business Development Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7Bachelor\'s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

\xc2\xb7Must come from a Saas background of a minimum of 2 years

\xc2\xb7MBA is an asset

\xc2\xb75+ years\' experience in business development.

\xc2\xb7Experience with managing a team

\xc2\xb7Experience with HubSpot
