We are looking for a Technical Director to help build and lead the Franchise Features team that will own social and competitive features for the Battlefield franchise. You will work directly with the Battlefield 6 Technical Director. We are looking for you to build the technical strategy that helps us deliver a compelling social and competitive experience for Battlefield players for years to come.

Responsibilities:



Build, lead and manage the Franchise Features technical team Define and deliver the technical requirements for social and competitive features Work hands on with the team and ensure code architecture and guidelines are in place Build long term technical strategy for these areas across current and future Battlefield titles Collaborate and drive alignment with technical partners across Battlefield Studios and EA

Required Qualifications



10+ years of relevant industry experience Experience in large scale, Live Service environments Online and UI/UX experience Advanced C/C++ skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passionate about mentoring and developing engineers at all levels Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and quality Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
