Les R\xc3\xa9sidences Priv\xc3\xa9es de l\xe2\x80\x99h\xc3\xb4tel Four Seasons Montr\xc3\xa9al sont \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un(e) Directeur(trice) des r\xc3\xa9sidences pour g\xc3\xa9rer les aspects op\xc3\xa9rationnels quotidiens du syndicat r\xc3\xa9sidentiel. Le Four Seasons Montr\xc3\xa9al est situ\xc3\xa9 au c\xc5\x93ur du centre-ville au sein du Mille Carr\xc3\xa9 Dor\xc3\xa9. Il s\'agit d\'un complexe \xc3\xa0 usage mixte avec 18 r\xc3\xa9sidences priv\xc3\xa9es. Les R\xc3\xa9sidences Priv\xc3\xa9es disposent d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe r\xc3\xa9sidentielle d\xc3\xa9di\xc3\xa9e aux besoins des copropri\xc3\xa9taires.

En tant que l\'un des leaders des r\xc3\xa9sidences de marque depuis 1982, la cha\xc3\xaene Four Seasons exploite actuellement 53 propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s r\xc3\xa9sidentielles \xc3\xa0 travers le monde.

RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S

Le/La Directeur(trice) des r\xc3\xa9sidences est responsable de la gestion de tous les aspects de l\'op\xc3\xa9ration r\xc3\xa9sidentielle. Il/Elle sera le d\xc3\xa9fenseur des actifs des propri\xc3\xa9taires et sera tenu de g\xc3\xa9rer les r\xc3\xa9sidences priv\xc3\xa9es de luxe en mettant l\'accent sur les attributs suivants - gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re, gestion financi\xc3\xa8re, gestion d\'actifs, gestion de l\xe2\x80\x99association des propri\xc3\xa9taires ainsi que les services offerts.

Surveiller le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des strat\xc3\xa9gies de la marque r\xc3\xa9sidentielle et aider l\'\xc3\xa9quipe \xc3\xa0 fournir une ex\xc3\xa9cution sans faille. Le/La Directeur(trice) des r\xc3\xa9sidences sera responsable du d\xc3\xa9veloppement et de la mise en \xc5\x93uvre d\'initiatives \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9chelle de la propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 qui offrent des produits et des services qui cr\xc3\xa9ent l\'engagement des propri\xc3\xa9taires tout en restant conformes aux accords r\xc3\xa9gissant l\'entit\xc3\xa9 r\xc3\xa9sidentielle. Agit comme agent de liaison entre l\'h\xc3\xb4tel, le promoteur et le propri\xc3\xa9taire et favorise des relations positives entre toutes les parties.

FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES

Identifier et d\xc3\xa9velopper des strat\xc3\xa9gies pour am\xc3\xa9liorer la proposition de valeur r\xc3\xa9sidentielle (conform\xc3\xa9ment aux politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures de Four Seasons);

Responsable d\'assurer l\'atteinte des buts et objectifs r\xc3\xa9sidentiels (y compris les plans financiers et de r\xc3\xa9serve pour immobilisations);

Responsable de l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue des op\xc3\xa9rations globales en mettant l\'accent sur l\'augmentation de la satisfaction des propri\xc3\xa9taires, les revenus et la r\xc3\xa9duction des co\xc3\xbbts;

Ma\xc3\xaetriser les m\xc3\xa9thodes d\'allocation, le processus budg\xc3\xa9taire et les obligations financi\xc3\xa8res;

G\xc3\xa9rer les d\xc3\xa9fis et opportunit\xc3\xa9s op\xc3\xa9rationnels;

Organiser les r\xc3\xa9unions avec le conseil d\'administration ainsi que les r\xc3\xa9unions avec les copropri\xc3\xa9taires en accordance avec la r\xc3\xa8glementation administrative locale. Maintenir \xc3\xa0 jour les livres et proc\xc3\xa8s-verbaux;

Entretenir des relations appropri\xc3\xa9es avec le promoteur, l\'h\xc3\xb4tel et les copropri\xc3\xa9taires;

Assister et participer \xc3\xa0 toutes les r\xc3\xa9unions et \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements du Comit\xc3\xa9 ex\xc3\xa9cutif;

Responsable de la performance et du d\xc3\xa9veloppement de toute l\'\xc3\xa9quipe r\xc3\xa9sidentielle;

S\'assurer de l\xe2\x80\x99entretien des aires communes selon les normes de la copropri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 et des standards Four Seasons.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences et qualifications requises

Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence en commerce, finance ou gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re, ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente 5 \xc3\xa0 10 ans de gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re / op\xc3\xa9rations r\xc3\xa9sidentielles et / ou gestion h\xc3\xb4teli\xc3\xa8re dans un environnement de luxe;

Aptitude \xc3\xa0 communiquer couramment en anglais et en fran\xc3\xa7ais, \xc3\xa0 l\'oral comme \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit;

Four Seasons Residences Montreal is seeking a Director of Residences to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the residential business. Four Seasons Residences Montreal is located in the heart of the luxury Golden Mile Square in the downtown area. This is a mixed use, complex with 18 Private Residences. Four Seasons Residences Montreal has a dedicated team of Residential experts to support the Homeowner\xe2\x80\x99s needs.

As one of the leaders in branded residences since 1982, Four Seasons currently operate 53 residential properties around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Residences drives all leadership and management for all aspects of the Residential operation. They will be the advocate for homeowners and the homeowners governing bodies. They will be required to manage the luxury private residences with specific focus on the following attributes \xe2\x80\x93 Property Management, Financial Management, Asset Management, HOA Management, Service & Lifestyle and People.

Monitor the development and implementation of Residential brand strategies and supports the team in delivering flawless execution. The Director of Residences will own the development and implementation of property-wide initiatives that deliver products and services that create owner engagement while remaining in-line with the Residential entity governing agreements. Acts as the liaison between the Hotel, the Developer, and the Homeowner and fosters positive relationships between all parties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Identify and develop strategies to enhance the residential value proposition (in line with Four Seasons Policies & Procedures).

Accountable for ensuring attainment of the residential goals and objectives (including financial and capital reserve plans).

Accountable for continuous improvement in overall operations with an emphasis on increasing owner satisfaction, revenue and reducing costs.

Master the syndicate allocation methods, budget process and financial reporting obligations.

Manage operational challenges & opportunities.

Conduct meetings with Board of Directors with respect to By-Law requirements.

Lead HOA budgeting and annual meetings and manage HOA Board Meetings (Maintain the books and minutes of the HOA and ensure they are kept updated as per the Property Documents).

Maintain appropriate relationships with the developer, hotel and residential owners.

Attend and participate in all Executive Committee meetings and events.

Responsible for the performance and development of the entire Residential team

Ensure the facility is well maintained to Four Seasons standards with respect to Housekeeping and Engineering.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

College degree required in Business, Finance or Real Estate Management preferred, or equivalent experience 5-10 years of property management / Residential operations and/or Hotel management in a luxury environment.

Able to communicate fluently in French and in English, written and spoken.
