Dans ce role, vous serez rattache(e) au Chef de la direction financiere et vous serez responsable de superviser les activites de conformite reglementaire et veiller a la mise en oeuvre de pratiques financieres transparentes et efficaces. Vous jouerez un role cle dans la gestion des audits, ainsi que dans la conduite de projets d'automatisation des processus financiers et d'amelioration continue.
Principales responsabilites
Gerer les relations avec les auditeurs externes pour garantir la conformite.
Coordonner les audits financiers et mettre en oeuvre des actions correctives.
Piloter l'automatisation des processus financiers pour ameliorer l'efficacite.
Collaborer avec les equipes tech pour rationaliser les controles financiers.
Concevoir des processus d'amelioration continue pour renforcer la transparence.
Analyser et optimiser les processus tout en respectant les regulations.
Identifier les risques de conformite et mettre en place des controles adaptes.
Superviser la gestion des risques lies aux nouvelles regulations.
Travailler avec les equipes internes pour aligner les processus de conformite.
Maintenir des relations avec les auditeurs et autorites de regulation.
Fournir des rapports clairs et des recommandations pour l'amelioration continue.
Profil
Minimum de 10 ans d'experience dans un role similaire, particulierement dans les domaines de l'audit, de la conformite et de la transformation des processus financiers.
Diplome en finance, comptabilite, audit ou dans un domaine pertinent.
Certification en gestion de la conformite ou en audit constitue un atout.
Bilingue (francais et anglais) pour travailler avec des clients a travers le Canada.
Experience dans la gestion de projets d'automatisation et de transformation numerique dans un environnement financier.

If you want to actively contribute to the transformation of the commercial insurance sector in a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Director of finance in compliance to join our team.
In this role, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance activities and ensuring the implementation of transparent and effective financial practices. You will play a key role in managing audits, as well as leading financial process automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Manage relationships with external auditors to ensure compliance.
Coordinate financial audits and implement corrective actions.
Lead financial process automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with tech teams to streamline financial controls.
Design continuous improvement processes to enhance transparency.
Analyze and optimize processes while meeting regulatory requirements.
Identify compliance risks and implement appropriate controls.
Oversee risk management in line with new regulations.
Work with internal teams to align compliance processes with strategic goals.
Maintain relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Provide clear reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in audit, compliance, and financial process transformation.
Degree in finance, accounting, audit, or a relevant field.
Compliance management or audit certification is a plus.
Bilingual (French and English) to work with clients across Canada.
Experience managing automation and digital transformation projects in a financial environment.
