Le/la Directeur(trice) fiscalite immobiliere complexe supervise les gestionnaires et fournit des services de conseil et d'appel en impot immobilier. Il/elle developpe et entretient la clientele, assure la conformite aux normes internes, dirige les negociations de reductions d'evaluations, et gere les appels et litiges fiscaux. Ce role inclut la gestion d'equipe, la formation, et la creation d'une experience client et employe positive.
Responsabilites cles

  • Gerer le cycle complet de l'impot immobilier pour les portefeuilles assignes.
  • Diriger les appels d'evaluation, negociations et reglements.
  • Superviser et encadrer l'equipe, repartir la charge de travail et assurer la performance.
  • Developper de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires et renforcer les relations clients.
  • Assurer la facturation, la collecte des creances et la conformite aux politiques.
  • Participer a des formations internes, evenements externes et organisations professionnelles.
Profil recherche
  • Diplome universitaire (comptabilite, finances, economie, immobilier ou equivalent) + MBA/MST/JD.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'experience en fiscalite immobiliere.
  • Solides competences en leadership, communication, gestion de priorites et resolution de problemes.
  • Connaissance intermediaire de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Certifications professionnelles (CMI, CCIM ou equivalent), participation active a des organisations professionnelles.

Position Summary
The Director of Complex Real Estate Tax supervises managers and provides advisory and appeal services for property tax matters. They develop and maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with internal standards, lead assessment reduction negotiations, and oversee appeals and tax disputes. The role also includes team management, training, and creating a positive client and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full property tax cycle for assigned portfolios.
  • Lead assessment appeals, negotiations, and settlements.
  • Supervise and mentor the team, allocate workload, and ensure performance.
  • Drive business development and strengthen client relationships.
  • Oversee billing, receivables, and compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in internal training, external events, and professional organizations.
Profile
  • University degree (accounting, finance, economics, real estate, or equivalent) + MBA/MST/JD.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate taxation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Professional certifications (CMI, CCIM, or equivalent), with active participation in professional organizations.
