About the role

Nous cherchons un Directeur \xe2\x80\x93 Information financi\xc3\xa8re et projets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux, pour notre \xc3\xa9quipe grandissante !

Le titulaire du poste travaillera principalement sur la divulgation des informations financi\xc3\xa8res externe incluant les mesures financi\xc3\xa8res non conformes aux IFRS et les projets d\xe2\x80\x99acquisitions et l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration des processus financiers.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• En charge de la divulgation des \xc3\xa9tats financiers consolid\xc3\xa9s trimestriels et annuels incluant la pr\xc3\xa9paration de notes s\xe2\x80\x99y aff\xc3\xa9rent d\xe2\x80\x99Intact Corporation Financi\xc3\xa8re en ligne avec les IFRS et les meilleures pratiques;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la divulgation des mesures financi\xc3\xa8res non conformes aux IFRS et \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration de l\xe2\x80\x99information sectorielle trimestrielle d\xe2\x80\x99Intact Corporation Financi\xc3\xa8re;
• S\xe2\x80\x99assurer de l\'alignement des \xc3\xa9tats financiers entre les filiales de la soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9;
• Contribuer \xc3\xa0 faciliter le processus de v\xc3\xa9rification et assurer la liaison avec les v\xc3\xa9rificateurs internes et externes;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration des processus de production d\xe2\x80\x99information financi\xc3\xa8re;
• Prendre part et/ou diriger divers projets pouvant porter sur des sujets complexes tels que les acquisitions;
• Assurer la supervision et le d\xc3\xa9veloppement des employ\xc3\xa9s sous votre responsabilit\xc3\xa9 et travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec les divers d\xc3\xa9partements de finance dans la r\xc3\xa9alisation de vos activit\xc3\xa9s.

Ce que vous mettrez \xc3\xa0 profit :

• Titre comptable CPA
• Minimum de 8 ann\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente en consolidation et divulgation financi\xc3\xa8re
• Bonne connaissance des IFRS
• Solides aptitudes en communication orale et \xc3\xa9crite et en relations interpersonnelles
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler dans un environnement dynamique, \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer divers projets simultan\xc3\xa9ment et \xc3\xa0 remettre en cause les fa\xc3\xa7ons de faire.
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99apprentissage rapide et agilit\xc3\xa9
• Fortes aptitudes analytiques, de synth\xc3\xa8se et rigueur
• Leadership, esprit d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe, autonomie et efficacit\xc3\xa9
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 interagir avec des personnes de tous les niveaux de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation, y compris les membres de la direction et certains intervenants externes.
• Parfaitement bilingue (Fran\xc3\xa7ais et Anglais), \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit et \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral. N\xc3\xa9cessit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99interagir sur une base r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8re avec des coll\xc3\xa8gues partout au pays
• Niveau Excel : interm\xc3\xa9diaire
• Connaissance de l\xe2\x80\x99industrie de l\xe2\x80\x99assurance IARD est un atout.
