, relevant directement de la direction montrealaise. Le candidat recherche doit etre reconnu comme une autorite dans le domaine de la fiscalite immobiliere, jouissant d'une reputation etablie sur le marche et d'un parcours professionnel prestigieux. Le profil ideal combinera la capacite a orchestrer des projets complexes, a diriger des equipes avec excellence, a realiser des evaluations immobilieres strategiques et a delivrer un conseil fiscal a haute valeur ajoutee.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Diriger les contestations d'evaluation fiscale immobiliere et mener des recherches de marche approfondies pour aider a identifier les opportunites fiscales pour les clients Travailler avec diverses parties prenantes tout au long du cycle de vie de la fiscalite immobiliere, en aidant les clients a gerer les questions fiscales relatives aux proprietes et aux portefeuilles Developper des relations a l'interieur et a l'exterieur de JLL pour le developpement des affaires et la croissance de la ligne de service Fournir du mentorat et des conseils aux membres de l'equipe de soutien Utiliser les meilleures pratiques et la connaissance des enjeux commerciaux internes ou externes pour ameliorer les produits et services Toute autre tache et responsabilite raisonnable qui pourrait etre assignee

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Une formation postsecondaire en commerce, economie, administration des affaires, economie urbaine, planification urbaine ou geographie urbaine est un atout 5+ annees d'experience professionnelle pertinente a temps plein Toutes les designations et accreditations appropriees sont en regle Maitrise demontree de tous les logiciels applicables, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter : Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat Connaissance des themes cles ayant un impact sur les marches de capitaux et l'immobilier d'investissement Excellentes competences en communication verbale, ecrite et interpersonnelle Excellentes competences en gestion du temps et en organisation Capable de s'adapter et de prioriser, de respecter les delais, dans un environnement au rythme rapide Fonctionner avec un sens de l'urgence, repondant rapidement aux parties prenantes Souci du detail avec de solides competences analytiques Capacite a bien travailler de facon autonome avec une capacite a collaborer avec les autres Doit etre proactif et prendre des initiatives Doit etre capable de maintenir la confidentialite, d'utiliser son jugement et de travailler avec une supervision minimale

JLL is currently seeking an individual to join our Value and Risk Advisory team in Montreal, specifically focusing on Property Tax Services, at a

Director or higher level

. This high performance and dynamic team is expanding on its professional services team, in coordination with overall growth plans within JLL Canada, and globally.

At this time, JLL is expanding on its current capabilities within Montreal to assist Clients with maximizing property tax savings and manage tax accounts.


We are currently seeking an individual for the role of

Director (or higher)

, which would report directly to Montreal leadership. The individual should be considered an expert within the tax field, with a strong market reputation and working background. An ideal candidate will be able to oversee projects and team members, evaluating properties and providing property tax consulting services.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leading property tax valuation appeals and conducting in-depth market research to help identify property tax opportunities for Clients Work with various stakeholders throughout the property tax life cycle, assisting Clients with the management of tax-related issues within properties and portfolios Developing relationships both inside and outside JLL for the development of the business and to grow the service line Providing mentoring and guidance to supporting team members Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and services Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, or Urban Geography is an asset 5+ years of relevant, full-time professional experience All appropriate designations and credentials are in good standing Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate Excellent verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment Operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others Must be proactive and take initiative Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
