d'Analyste (ou d'Analyste Senior)

capable d'apporter un soutien rigoureux, efficace et professionnel a notre equipe montrealaise en pleine expansion. Ce role strategique implique de fournir un eventail complet de services d'appui a l'equipe locale. Le candidat ideal excelle dans l'analyse quantitative et apprecie le travail avec les chiffres, possede d'excellentes aptitudes redactionnelles, fait preuve d'une minutie exceptionnelle, demontre de solides capacites organisationnelles et s'integre naturellement dans une dynamique d'equipe collaborative.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Travailler en etroite collaboration avec la direction locale pour creer, editer et/ou preparer des etudes de marche, des projections de flux de tresorerie et des rapports d'evaluation Effectuer des recherches et recueillir des informations sur les fondamentaux du marche, la propriete, les evaluations fiscales, les locataires et l'analyse economique Collecter et organiser les donnees de marche et de propriete, en veillant a ce que les bases de donnees de JLL soient a jour Assister et/ou participer aux presentations de marche Toute autre tache et responsabilite raisonnable qui pourrait etre assignee

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Une formation postsecondaire en commerce, economie, administration des affaires, economie urbaine, planification urbaine ou geographie urbaine est un atout 1-2 ans d'experience professionnelle dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial est un atout Maitrise demontree de tous les logiciels applicables, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter : Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat Logiciels immobiliers, tels que : ARGUS Enterprise, est un atout Connaissance des themes cles ayant un impact sur les marches de capitaux et l'immobilier d'investissement Excellentes competences en communication verbale, ecrite et interpersonnelle Excellentes competences en gestion du temps et en organisation Capable de s'adapter et de prioriser, de respecter les delais, dans un environnement au rythme rapide Fonctionner avec un sens de l'urgence, repondant rapidement aux parties prenantes Souci du detail avec de solides competences analytiques Capacite a bien travailler de facon autonome avec une capacite a collaborer avec les autres Doit etre proactif et prendre des initiatives Doit etre capable de maintenir la confidentialite, d'utiliser son jugement et de travailler avec une supervision minimale

JLL is currently seeking individuals to join our Value and Risk Advisory team in Montreal, at an

Analyst or Senior Analyst

level. This high performance and dynamic team is expanding on its professional services team, in coordination with overall growth plans within JLL Canada, and globally.

With local professionals in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta, our Canadian team is a 'Best-in-Class' national valuation platform, servicing the needs of many of the nation's largest Pension Funds, REITs, Asset Managers and major Institutions. At this time, the group focuses on valuation assignments of 'Core 4' real estate assets (Retail, Office, Industrial and Residential), with some localized specialization in 'alternative' assets.


We are currently seeking an individual for the role of

Analyst (or Senior Analyst)

to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the growing Montreal team. This position aims to provide a wide variety of support services to the local team, and the successful candidate will be strong at, and enjoy working with numbers; possess strong writing skills; be extremely detail-oriented; organized; and a team player.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Working closely with local leadership to create, edit, and/or prepare market research, cash flow projections, and appraisal reports Conducting research and collecting information materials on market fundamentals, ownership, tax assessments, tenants, and economic analysis Collect and organize market and property data, ensuring JLL databases are up-to-date Assisting and/or participating in market presentations Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, or Urban Geography is an asset 1-2 years full-time professional experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to: Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat Real estate software, such as: ARGUS Enterprise, is a definite asset Knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate Excellent verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment Operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others Must be proactive and take initiative Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment, and work with minimal supervision
