• Contribuer xc3xa0 la rxc3xa9alisation des objectifs corporatifs et rxc3xa9gionaux en mesurant la performance de son xc3xa9quipe, en assurant la qualitxc3xa9 du traitement des sinistres, le niveau de respect des normes, des procxc3xa9dures et de la productivitxc3xa9.
• Gxc3xa9rer les activitxc3xa9s de son xc3xa9quipe en organisant, planifiant et contrxc3xb4lant l'utilisation optimale des ressources humaines, financixc3xa8res et matxc3xa9rielles selon le budget, tout en favorisant le travail d'xc3xa9quipe et en orientant leur formation sur le plan technique.
• Participer xc3xa0 l'amxc3xa9lioration des processus opxc3xa9rationnels.
• Prendre les dxc3xa9cisions pour son xc3xa9quipe concernant le traitement des dossiers sinistres et le paiement des indemnitxc3xa9s en conformitxc3xa9 avec les normes de l'entreprise.
• Promouvoir l'image de marque et les principes d'affaires auprxc3xa8s des partenaires.
• Procxc3xa9der xc3xa0 des auditions de dossiers actifs tout au long de lxe2x80x99annxc3xa9e.

Ce que vous mettrez xc3xa0 profit :

• Baccalaurxc3xa9at en administration des affaires ou combinaison xc3xa9quivalente de formation et dxe2x80x99expxc3xa9rience
• Expxc3xa9rience d'au moins 3 ans xc3xa0 titre d'expert
• Expxc3xa9rience de gestion dxe2x80x99xc3xa9quipe dxe2x80x99au moins 2 ans
• Dxc3xa9tenir un certificat d'expert en sinistres
• Connaissances pointues de l'assurance des particuliers et des entreprises ainsi que de la responsabilitxc3xa9 civile.
• Aptitudes et connaissances optimales des systxc3xa8mes informatiques
• Se soucier des gens
• Bilingue (franxc3xa7ais et anglais) Nxc3xa9cessitxc3xa9 dxe2x80x99interagir sur une base rxc3xa9gulixc3xa8re avec des collxc3xa8gues partout au pays
