, ou vous serez responsable du developpement et de l'expansion de la clientele et de certains comptes existants pre-identifies pour servir ces comptes dans le but d'augmenter de les augmenter. Fournir un leadership vers l'atteinte d'une rentabilite maximale et d'une croissance conforme aux buts et objectifs de l'entreprise.


Principales Responsabilites




Ventes et developpement des affaires

:


Acquerir de nouveaux comptes d'affaires en mettant l'accent sur les services d'entreposage, d'execution et de transport. Atteindre les objectifs de croissance annuelle des revenus (generalement une augmentation des revenus factures de 1,5 million de dollars). Elaborer et tenir a jour des plans de vente strategiques et des plans de comptes clients. Fournir des presentations PowerPoint pour informer les clients sur les services. Effectuer des etudes de marche pour rester a jour sur les tendances de l'industrie et la concurrence.

Gestion des comptes et soutien a la clientele :



Gerer les relations avec les clients par le biais de communications et de suivis reguliers. Assurer la reussite de l'integration des nouveaux clients, y compris la coordination des exigences operationnelles et informatiques. Maintenir les mises a jour du CRM, preparer des rapports et participer aux revues trimestrielles des activites (QBR). Aider periodiquement a la formation et travailler avec les superviseurs/gestionnaires de comptes qui gerent les clients actuels.

Operations et coordination :



Travailler en etroite collaboration avec la direction des operations pour aligner les besoins des clients avec les offres de services. Collaborer avec divers departements pour ouvrir des comptes, mettre en oeuvre la tarification et assurer une prestation de services sans faille. Participer aux reunions de vente regulieres et aux appels de vente hebdomadaires

Exigences minimales




Diplome universitaire ou collegial en administration des affaires, en vente, en marketing ou en logistique. 3+ ans d'experience dans la vente dans le transport LTL de preference. Forte mentalite de vente avec une approche de chasseur. Maitrise de MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellentes competences en communication, en negociation et en etablissement de relations. Solides competences en gestion du temps et en organisation. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe. Permis de conduire valide et transport fiable.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development:




Acquire new business accounts with a focus on warehousing fulfillment and transportation services. Achieve annual revenue growth targets (typically $1.5M billed revenue increase). Develop and maintain strategic sales plans and customer account plans. Provide PowerPoint presentations to educate clients on services. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.

Account Management & Customer Support:




Manage customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Ensure successful onboarding of new customers, including coordinating operational and IT requirements. Maintain CRM updates, prepare reports, and participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Periodically assist in training and working with account supervisors/managers managing current customers.

Operations & Coordination:




Work closely with operations management to align customer needs with service offerings. Collaborate with various departments to open accounts, implement pricing, and ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in regular sales meetings and weekly sales calls.

Requirements and Qualifications




University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Logistics. 3+ years of sales experience in LTL transportation preferred. Strong sales mentality with a hunter approach. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
