Directeur(trice) de magasin
, vous dirigerez l'equipe afin d'offrir un service a la clientele de premier ordre, une connaissance exceptionnelle des produits, et maximiserez les ventes. Vos responsabilites incluent, sans s'y limiter :
Superviser les operations quotidiennes du magasin en planifiant les horaires, attribuant les taches, organisant les reunions et gerant les calendriers de l'equipe
Motiver l'equipe pour stimuler les ventes et atteindre les objectifs, tout en assurant une experience client exceptionnelle conforme aux normes et meilleures pratiques de l'entreprise
Developper, mettre en oeuvre et executer des strategies marketing visant a ameliorer les ventes et la performance globale
Concevoir et appliquer des systemes, politiques, procedures et standards pour garantir la coherence et l'efficacite operationnelle
Analyser les etudes de marche et les tendances pour evaluer la demande des consommateurs, prevoir les volumes de ventes potentiels, et mesurer l'impact des activites des concurrents, fournissant ainsi des rapports et des analyses au siege social
Documenter les ventes et les revenus pour les rapports au siege social
Surveiller et ameliorer les standards de service a la clientele et la performance du personnel, traiter rapidement les plaintes des clients et, si necessaire, escalader les problemes a la direction superieure pour assurer la satisfaction des clients
Gerer le recrutement et l'integration des nouvelles recrues en menant les entretiens et en assurant la formation sur place
Motiver et engager le personnel afin de maintenir un moral eleve et offrir un service client exceptionnel, favorisant un environnement de travail positif et productif
Assurer une gestion precise des stocks en surveillant les niveaux d'inventaire, en minimisant les ecarts et en optimisant la disponibilite des produits
Coordonner avec le siege social et les fournisseurs, surveiller les budgets efficacement, et superviser le reapprovisionnement hebdomadaire des produits afin d'assurer des niveaux d'inventaire optimaux
Effectuer toute autre tache assignee
Profil recherche
Diplome universitaire en administration, gestion du commerce de detail ou domaine connexe
Experience solide de 5 ans en vente au detail, dont au moins 2 ans en gestion de magasin
Passion pour l'industrie de la beaute asiatique, avec un engagement envers l'apprentissage continu, le partage des connaissances et le suivi des dernieres tendances pour guider l'equipe et ameliorer l'experience client
Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
Forte capacite en leadership et gestion des operations de magasin
Aptitudes eprouvees en resolution de problemes et gestion efficace des plaintes clients
Capacite a travailler dans un environnement dynamique et a rythme rapide
Competences en analyse de rapports de ventes, tendances du marche et comportement des consommateurs
Experience en gestion des stocks et controle des inventaires
Connaissance approfondie des operations de vente au detail, y compris les ventes, le marchandisage et le service a la clientele
Maitrise de la budgetisation, des rapports financiers et du controle des couts pour les besoins du siege social

About the Role
As a Store Manager
, you will lead the team to provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients and maximize sales. Including but not limited to......
Oversee daily store operations by scheduling shifts, assigning duties, organizing meetings, and managing team calendars
Lead team to drive sales and meet targets by ensuring exceptional in-store customer experience, all while adhering to company standards and best practices
Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies designed to enhance sales and overall performance
Design and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational consistency and efficiency
Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand, forecast potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' activities on sales, providing insights for head office reporting
Document sales and revenue for head office reporting
Monitor and enhance the store's customer service standards and staff performance, promptly address customer complaints, and escalate issues to higher management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new hires by conducting interviews and providing on-site training
Motivate and engage staff to uphold high morale and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and productive store environment
Ensure accurate stock management by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing product availability
Source and liaise with head office and suppliers, monitor budgets effectively, and oversee weekly product restocking to ensure optimal inventory levels
Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
A strong track record with 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a store management position
Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to lead staff and enhance the customer experience
Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Ability to analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer behavior
Experience in inventory management and stock control
Familiar with retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service
Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control for head office oversight
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$61,000.00 per year
