Directeur de Territoire

Le Directeur de Territoire est directeur du developpement des relations avec les comptes et assume des responsabilites de gestion de projet.

Ce que vous ferez :Rencontrer regulierement les comptes clients assignes, par telephone ou en personne. Veiller a ce que les clients soient constamment satisfaits des produits et services de l'organisation et resoudre les problemes escalades. Evaluer les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions potentielles. Servir de point de contact unique pour le client et peut coordonner le travail des equipes de service client. Identifier et remonter les opportunites de vente croisee ou de vente additionnelle. Fournir eventuellement une formation ou un support de base au client. Effectuer le travail avec une grande autonomie. Gerer les problemes les plus complexes. Posseder une connaissance experte du domaine. Fournir du leadership, du coaching et/ou du mentorat aux subordonnes d'un groupe. Peut agir en tant que chef d'equipe ou superviseur de premier niveau. Generalement rattache a un chef de departement ou a un directeur. Developper des relations avec les decideurs cles pour proposer notre gamme de produits dans les secteurs de la sante, du commerce de detail, du gouvernement et des proprietes commerciales afin que Stanley soit soit directement acquis, soit specifie pour acquisition via d'autres canaux. Developper des relations avec les gestionnaires immobiliers, les hopitaux, les entrepreneurs, les vitriers, les fournisseurs de quincaillerie et les proprietaires. Examiner tous les plans, specifications et details pertinents et/ou les conditions du site afin de formuler des devis competitifs pour les clients, precis pour gerer les risques et garantir les marges cibles pour la succursale tout en atteignant vos objectifs de revenus mensuels/trimestriels/annuels. Travailler dans le module de soumission personnalise dans Salesforce pour generer des devis et utiliser SF pour gerer la base de clients. Collaborer etroitement avec le personnel de la succursale pour planifier la livraison et l'installation de l'equipement. Travailler avec notre service de credit pour securiser les conditions et assurer le paiement rapide apres la fin du travail. Rester implique dans les questions de satisfaction client apres la vente et l'installation. Rapports hebdomadaires precis et ponctuels et participation aux appels numeriques hebdomadaires. Pre-vendre nos produits aux architectes via des documents de planification. Contacter les architectes et les redacteurs de specifications pour les informer sur nos produits. Maintenir une connaissance complete des normes ANSI actuelles et des exigences de certification AAADM. Effectuer d'autres taches a l'appui des operations de vente selon la demande du Directeur Regional des Ventes et Operations.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour reussir :Diplome d'etudes secondaires (baccalaureat prefere) 6+ annees d'experience en gestion de projet ou experience similaire Excellentes competences en collaboration et en creation de relations / de rapports requises Excellentes competences en communication et en presentation (orale et ecrite) indispensables Forte ethique de travail indispensable

Territory Manager

The Territory Manager is responsible for developing relationships with accounts and taking on project manager responsibilities.

What You Will Do:Meets regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person. Ensures that clients are consistently satisfied with the organization's product and services and resolves escalated issues. Evaluates the client's needs and proposes potential solutions. Serves as a single point of contact for the client and may coordinate the work of client service teams. Identifies and escalates cross-selling or upselling opportunities. May provide client training or basic support. Experience and Education: Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinates in a group. May act as lead or first-level supervisor Typically reports to a department head or manager Develop relationships with key decision makers for opportunities to provide our product line in Healthcare, Retail, Government & Commercial properties so that Stanley is either procured directly or specified for procurement through other channels. Develop relationships with property managers, hospitals, contractors, glaziers, hardware suppliers and owners. Review all relevant plans, specifications and details and/or job site conditions to formulate competitive quotations for customers that are both accurate to manage risk and ensure target margins for the branch while ensuring your monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals are met. Work in custom bid module in Salesforce to generate quotes and utilize SF to manage customer base. Work closely with branch personnel to schedule equipment delivery and installation. Work with our credit department to secure terms and ensure timely payment after job completion. Stay involved with customer satisfaction issues after the sale and installation. Timely and accurate weekly reports and participation in weekly digital calls. Pre-sell our products to architects through planning stage documents. Call on Architects & Specification Writers to educate them on our product. Maintain full knowledge of current ANSI standards and AAADM certification requirements. Perform other assignments in support of the sales operations as requested by Regional Sales & Operations Manager.

What You Need to Succeed:High school Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) 6+ years project management or similar experience Excellent collaboration and relationship rapport building skills are required Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written) are a must Strong work ethic is a must
