Direct Support Supervisor

Guelph, ON, CA, Canada

Job Description

Are you a passionate leader committed to making a difference in the lives of others? Do you thrive in fast-paced, team-based environments, and have a knack for coaching and collaboration? If so, you might be the perfect fit for the Direct Support Supervisor role with us.

As a Direct Support Supervisor, you'll play a central role ensuring that the people we support (PWS) receive the highest standard of person-centred care. You'll lead and mentor our frontline Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), guiding them to deliver personalized service that reflects each individual's goals, preferences, and aspirations. You'll be the link between staff development, high-quality support, and the day-to-day progress that truly matters to the people we serve.

About Us:

Working closely with your team, you'll ensure that each person's support is guided by their own vision for a meaningful life. You'll build a culture of teamwork, open communication, and accountability, while fostering respect and inclusion at every turn.

Collaboration is key here - not only will you work with other supervisors and departments, you'll also engage with community partners, ensuring that services are consistent, progressive, and always centred on the people we support.
