As a Dining Room Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and efficient service in a fine dining environment, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and management to uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling techniques to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining a high level of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area according to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and handling practices are followed. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of guest services. Culinary experience is a plus, along with familiarity with food preparation techniques. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service is essential for success in this position. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.15 per hour
