We are seeking a great, reliable, dynamic Cashier to join the team. This is a key position that requires a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by actively engaging with all guests, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and safe dining environment. This leader is a proactive problem-solver, responsible for managing guest feedback, resolving complaints, and supporting our delivery and communication channels, all while upholding our standards of service excellence.

What will you do in this role?
Duties:
Greet and proactively interact with all guests throughout the dining room
Actively seek out guest feedback and encourage satisfied guests to post Google reviews
Resolve any guest complaints promptly and go above and beyond to ensure service recovery
Manage interactions with third-party delivery drivers, ensuring efficient and timely order pickup
Handle guest phone calls, professionally managing both positive and negative feedback
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the dining room and all washroom spaces
Ensure overall guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving any issues
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth guest experience

Strong communication and time management skills
Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or as a shift leader is an asset
Ability to handle moderate physical demands: standing and walking for extended periods
Experience
Prior experience in restaurant / hospitality required
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Go-getter and extraverted attitude is a must
Fluency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a bonus
Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
