What will you do?Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
Coordinate across Product Marketing and Marketing Communication teams to develop, manage and update monthly offer schedule in Asana.
Updating content, offer, website promotions and templates within WordPress CMS
Meticulously QA for content discrepancies across multiple markets to ensure pricing and offer details are accurate.
Playing a major role in supporting end to end additions of new feature and functionality, including requirements gathering, documentation, use case development and user flow mapping, QA, and UAT
Support the team in maintaining project schedules, resource planning and helping to keep projects on time, on budget, and of high quality.
Owning end to end project delivery for digital projects - budget, scope, time, and stakeholder management.
Advocating for customer experience, website user experience best practices, and website accessibility standards while working with key stakeholders and vendors across digital platforms in both B2C & B2B
Support project planning, QA, and post-launch maintenance and continuous optimization.
Hands on support for any web and digital operational issues to identify issues, product ownership in understanding how features and elements are intended to work, implementation process and how to resolve issues while also understanding dependencies, potential impact to business goals & timelines.
Regularly leverage data from Google Analytics, Optimizely, Qualtrics, and other website performance measurement tools to measure project performance and provide recommendations for improvements.What do we offer?The tools you need to succeed - including the tools for the job as well as training and development programs.

2 - 3 years Website management experience, direct experience publishing content and development within CMS platform strongly preferred
Experience with pulling reports and insights from Google Analytics and/or other digital analytics tools.
Highly organized with demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience with creating use cases & customer journey mapping - including defining web user personas.
Self-starter who is highly engaged and can work individually or within a team environment and be receptive to direction.
Experience with graphic design, typography, animation & brand guidelines / design system management.
Good interpersonal & communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills are required.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
Passion for web and digital marketing and always striving to deliver best in class digital experience.
Experience with QA & UAT
Experience with end-to-end management or launch of a new product or technology.
