JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Digital Trainer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development and support of the delivery of learning solutions and programs. As a key member of the Organizational Change Management team, they will work closely with the OCM lead and partner with project managers, subject matter experts and other key stakeholders. Together, you will provide innovative and engaging learning experiences by producing a variety of training tools and resources.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define training objectives for multiple, varied projects and regions.
• Collaborate with OCM lead, project management teams and subject matter experts to identify target audience\'s training requirements and needs.
• Develop content and support digital learning creation. This is accomplished through multimedia (videos, eLearning, webcasts/webinars) and blended learning (workshops, in-person learning) to maximize the learner\'s experience and to drive engagement.
• Design assessments for verifying learner knowledge and capability followed by reports summarizing results.
• Ensure training content is updated on a regular basis by creating and maintaining a review/update process.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

• Three (3) years minimum of formal training and design experience.
• Thorough understanding of training management systems and adult learning principles.
• Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies.
• Advance practical experience using eLearning software (Articulate Rise360, Camtasia,Synthesia, Vyond), Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), Adobe Suite and keen on learning new systems and applications.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to take concepts and express them concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience developing multi-language solutions for a global audience
• Technical skills or the ability to understand technological processes.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight timeframes.
• Think critically and ask targeted questions to determine training needs before responding appropriately.
• Think creatively to develop learning materials that are engaging.
• Learn quickly; demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and innovation.
