Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and reporting of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including client onboarding and asset coordination.
Assist sales teams in developing strategy and materials for high-opportunity clients, including pitch and performance reporting calls.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless campaign delivery and act as a liaison with Lodestar's digital service team for advanced services or troubleshooting.
Conduct digital marketing audits and translate findings into actionable sales strategies.
Create or contribute to pitch decks and sales enablement resources.
Attend assigned sales and marketing meetings as a key connector between teams.
Education, Qualifications and Skills
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and client services
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing -- including paid media, SEO, content, and social
A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, media studies or a related field is preferred.
Experience managing integrated campaigns with multiple deliverables and stakeholders
Comfortable navigating key marketing tools, such as: Reporting dashboards and BI tools (e.g., GA4, Google Looker Studio, TapClicks), Ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Kantata)
Strong reporting and analysis skills with an eye for optimization
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize across teams and timelines
Bonus: Strong visual sensibility and experience creating pitch or presentation materials
What You Get:
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 per annum
