Digital Project Manager

to join our growing team in

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

Proficient in agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Familiar with Google Suite for collaboration and documentation Experience with technical ticketing and maintenance systems Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other modern communication tools

YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE

3-5 years of experience managing technical or cross-functional teams in a digital environment Experience in digital product/platform development and management, particularly on large-scale business solutions Natural leader who can motivate teams and drive progress toward shared goals Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and skilled in stakeholder engagement Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of modern digital technologies, including web development, open-source platforms, and mobile apps Familiar with the broader digital ecosystem, including SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects--on time, on budget, and aligned with our quality standards Oversee the full project life cycle, from concept through to final launch, with a focus on cloud-based platforms and mobile apps Collaborate with stakeholders and our Lead Strategist to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and external stakeholders Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team Participate in and facilitate code reviews to ensure consistent quality Conduct thorough testing and launch processes to ensure optimal performance and user experience Use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite) to track progress, manage workflows, and report on performance Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project
