What You'll Do
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience, the Digital Product Owner, Personalization will help support delivery of FIC's personalization and experimentation strategy and roadmap with Adobe Target platform or similar personalization technologies to help evolve Fidelity's digital experience to better serve our customers.
The individual will be responsible for advancing how we personalize, automate, and deliver exceptional digital-first experiences. As Product owner for personalization, you will shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technologies and journeys that power customer-centric marketing/offers.
As a key member of the Digital Experience team, the Digital Product Owner, Personalization will strive to continuously improve our Martech capabilities by deploying solutions that enhance the customer experience and grow the business across all digital channels, ultimately driving up customer engagement and revenue. This role provides strategic leadership and operational support for offerings to and optimization of marketing campaigns and the marketing tech stack.
