The Role: Digital Performance Manager



As GIANT's Digital Performance Manager, you will be a central force driving strategy, innovation, and execution across all digital marketing channels and platforms. This role sits at the intersection of performance strategy, AI integration, technical oversight, team leadership and client management.

You must be both a leader and a hands on strategist capable of translating data and digital architecture into tangible growth results. You will work cross functionally to drive integration across paid media, SEO, analytics, and the broader MarTech stack.

In addition, you will serve as the primary client-facing lead for accounts that align with your area of focus. This includes owning the overall digital performance strategy, acting as the senior day to day contact for key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between client objectives and campaign execution. You'll work in close partnership with clients to deepen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Digital Strategy & Leadership

Own and evolve our digital performance strategy across all channels (SEM, SEO, paid social, programmatic, email, CRO, and analytics). Guide strategic direction on new and existing accounts, ensuring all activity ties back to client KPIs. Act as a thought leader internally and externally bringing new ideas, emerging tools, and forward-thinking strategy to the table.
Performance Campaign Oversight

Oversee day to day execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and performance excellence. Monitor campaign KPIs and adjust tactics based on performance data and client feedback. Ensure creative, media, and technical teams are aligned on campaign needs and timelines.
Client-Facing & Account Management

Act as a senior client lead, fostering trusted relationships with key stakeholders while proactively identifying and recommending strategic improvements. Present campaign strategies, insights, and performance reports to clients in a clear, compelling manner. Collaborate with account & sales team members to develop growth strategies for clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Team & Project Leadership

Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital team. Collaborate with operations to set team priorities, build effective resourcing plans, and streamline delivery processes for scalable growth. Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and results-oriented thinking.
Analytics, Reporting & Innovation

Leverage analytics platforms to assess campaign impact and optimize media spend. Translate complex data into actionable business insights for internal teams and clients. Stay ahead of platform changes, consumer behaviors, and tech innovations to keep GIANT at the forefront.
Agency Growth & Collaboration

Participate in business development activities including strategy for proposals and new business pitches. Work cross-functionally with creative, brand, and project teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns. Contribute to agency thought leadership and process improvements.
AI Integration

Proactively explore and integrate AI tools to drive day-to-day workflow efficiencies. Adopt an AI-first mindset when optimizing internal processes and performance strategies to deliver stronger, faster results for clients.

What You Bring



Experience & Background

5+ years in digital marketing with 3+ years in a leadership or senior strategic role (agency experience preferred). Proven experience presenting to clients, leading strategy, and owning client success. Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, analytics, email marketing, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, HubSpot, etc.). Deep knowledge of key performance platforms including: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn Ads GA4 & Looker Studio Active Campaign, HubSpot or other marketing automation tools SEMrush, Ahrefs or equivalent SEO tools Familiarity with CRM, conversion tracking, and tag management (Google Tag Manager preferred). Experience implementing A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization initiatives. Experience building performance dashboards and reports that are both strategic and executive-ready. Experience working in or alongside project management tools like Accelo or ClickUp. Exposure to or direct use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or performance optimization tools powered by AI (e.g. AdCreative.ai, Pattern89).
