Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative
Digital Media Marketing Specialist
to enhance the College's digital footprint and outreach initiatives. This role requires the ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced academic environment.

Duties
Create engaging digital content, including short videos, reels, and shorts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Plan, record, edit, and publish promotional and informational video content related to college programs, admissions, and campus activities
Coordinate with creative teams to produce compelling graphics, videos, and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and messages across all social media platforms
Design, write, schedule, and maintain email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, and promotional communications
Conduct market research to identify digital marketing trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning
Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize digital content, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic reach
Coordinate with admissions and academic teams to ensure messaging is accurate, compliant, and timely
Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to improve reach, conversion, and brand visibility
Represent the College at various events across the region to enhance branding, community engagement, and institutional presence
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure to meet strict timelines and institutional deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital media marketing or social media management
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO fundamentals, and digital branding strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
Digital Media Marketing Certificate or related professional certification
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
