WHAT WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR We\'re looking for a Digital Media Senior Manager who will be responsible for end to end paid digital campaign execution to support DECIEM\xe2\x80\x99s direct to consumer and partnership channels including strategy, planning, forecasting, building, optimization and reporting.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Collaborate with email, social, brand and design teams to build seamless multi-channel flows
  • Strategize, build and maintain a global multi-language paid digital media presence that is optimized for local performance
  • Track, report and improve upon actual performance metrics of individual campaigns and strategic KPIs for retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Be accountable for the final performance of the campaigns themselves
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for across multiple media channels \xe2\x80\x93 paid search, display, video, and social platforms
  • Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization \xe2\x80\x93 including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
  • Work with design and branding to plan and develop digital content that closely aligns with DECIEM\xe2\x80\x99s values and is optimized for digital channels
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly reports that track paid digital KPIs including ROAS,
  • Customer Lifetime Value, CPA, CPMs, impressions, click through rates, conversion rates, eCommerce sales, etc.
  • Continuously A/B test audience segments, creative, messaging, timing, bid strategies, etc. to optimize campaign performance and prove the value of paid digital media
  • Analyze paid digital media performance data and collaborate with customer insights team to identify opportunities for testing
  • Manage the campaign launch process including quality assurance and stakeholder approvals
  • Analyze organic search performance and work with brand and tech teams to optimize search results across branded and unbranded keywords
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
  • Advanced working knowledge of search engine marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube), display/programmatic, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • 2 + years of people management or leadership experience is required
  • Proven ability to achieve both performance marketing and awareness marketing objectives
  • Experience with SEO, eCommerce and/or beauty industry is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on data
  • Solid organization and time management skills, detail oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced team environment
