We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Media Manager to oversee our media strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT project management, software development, and media production. The Media Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of media projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that align with organizational goals.
Manage the entire lifecycle of media projects, from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Oversee system administration tasks related to media platforms, including Microsoft Windows Server and various softwares.
Ensure information security and network security protocols are followed throughout all media projects.
Conduct analysis on media performance metrics to inform future strategies and improvements.
Facilitate vendor management processes to ensure optimal partnerships with external media providers.
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on media or software development environments.
Strong knowledge of system administration principles across various platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Develop and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams for branding, promotions, and product launches.
Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Maintain and update the company website or coordinate with web developers.
IT & Technical Support
Oversee basic IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks).
Provide support for company devices, systems, and user accounts.
Ensure data security protocols and regular system updates.
Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
Requirements:
Proven experience in both
social media management
and
IT support or coordination
.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar.
Familiarity with IT systems, cloud tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms
Strong multitasking and project management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
Degree or certification in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and basic graphic design.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
