About this role:

The Digital Media Coordinator is to support the media team with paid media execution, campaign optimizations, reporting and budget and invoicing management. The role requires you to work as part of an integrated marketing team to help achieve campaign objectives.

As a member of the marketing team, this individual will have opportunities to expand his/her skillset beyond their specific role and expectations. Collaboration and support are a common theme across this team and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and optimize paid digital media campaigns which include Paid Search, Paid Social, and aid in management of campaigns executed by agency partners while operating within the media budget, ensuring appropriate budgets are allocated to deliver optimal efficiency. * Compile data across all media platforms for ongoing reporting (in both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint formats) across lines of businesses' which will include analysis for insights and recommended optimizations.

  • Manage and process monthly invoices and manage relationship with the finance team, as well as budgeting and daily pacing of campaigns.
  • Maintain and advance partner relationships with digital vendors and monitor the latest trends in digital media including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to execute paid search and social campaigns using vendor best practices with experience in custom audiences and reporting along with the eagerness to expand that knowledge to other digital platforms.

Hard working individual and team player with a great attitude that is passionate about digital media and measurement.

Highly motivated self-starter with high energy and a very positive attitude.

Strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once.

A natural curiosity to investigate complex, ambiguous problems using multiple data sources and tools to come up with answers and recommendations.

Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team and self-development.

Have a basic understanding of pixels/floodlights.

Well-developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums.

An affinity for data and maneuvering on technology platforms with ease.

Desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company.

Proficient working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Possess a strong attention to detail; be concise without comprising the facts.

Able to meet established schedules and deadlines on time and on budget.

Results-oriented with excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and strong multi-tasking skills.

Demonstrated interest and experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, environment, governance and social impact.

Education & Experience:

University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related area preferred.

Minimum two (2) years of hands-on agency experience working with meaningful data in a marketing capacity.

Minimum two (2) years' experience in paid search & paid social with the eagerness to expand your knowledge into all digital and traditional media. * Experience in B2B digital media execution is an asset.
