About the Role:

Aire One KW is seeking a

Digital Media & Content Specialist

to support our growing marketing and brand initiatives. This role focuses on

capturing high-quality video and photo content in the field

, while also contributing to

editing, static content creation, content ideation, and trend research

to support our digital marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-paced, real-world environments. While

video and photo capture is the primary responsibility

, the role also requires

regular editing support

, assisting with

static post creation

, and the ability to research trends and contribute ideas that can be executed quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Capture high-quality

video and photo content

of technicians on job sites, including service work, installations, and behind-the-scenes moments Capture

professional video and photo content

of equipment, completed jobs, and branded assets Record customer testimonial

video and photo content

(long-term goal of 1,000+ testimonials) Create educational and informational

video and photo content

related to HVAC systems and services Edit captured

video and photo content as needed

, including short-form social content and internal marketing assets Assist with

static social media posts

, including idea generation, design, and execution (graphics, carousels, promotional posts, etc.) Research current

social media trends, formats, and content styles

, and propose ideas relevant to the Aire One KW brand Contribute creative ideas and assist with

planning and executing content

alongside the Social Media Marketing Manager Support the creation of short-form

video, photo, and static content

for social media platforms Work closely with the

Social Media Marketing Manager

to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals Travel to job sites using a company or personal vehicle as required Organize, label, and maintain video, photo, and design files and media libraries
Required Qualifications

Experience capturing

video and photo content

in real-world or on-site environments Experience with

video, photo, and basic graphic editing

for digital and social media content Comfortable working in active job-site settings Valid

Full G driver's license

and willingness to travel locally Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

Strong skills in

video and photo capture

, including camera operation, composition, lighting, and framing Proficiency with

editing and design tools

(Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) Experience creating

static social media posts

(graphics, carousels, promotional designs) Experience researching and executing

social media trends

Familiarity with lighting, audio, and camera equipment
