Job Description

As a member of the Video sharing platform team, you will be a part of a dynamic, results-driven team responsible for generating revenue for our internal products and surpassing targets and goals.

You will have access to the best-in-class media planning tools to deliver data driven approaches that bring confidence to our recommendations. You will be managing and executing acquisition campaign for multiples products and will work closely with the Product and Business Intelligence team to insure the growth and development of insights.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Assist in the development of media strategy
• Facilitate the analysis and interpretation of data trends and develop improvement solutions
• Monitor campaign performance and budget allocation
• Create and optimize campaigns
• Analyze the performance of audience and optimize based on the learning
• Generate Insights for multiples products
• Run multiples A/B testing for continuous growth
• Establish hypothesis per product and execute the test
• Work closely with reporting team to detect the highest member value per product and per strategy
• Work closely with the Internal media buying team to ensure the best practice in media buying
• Fix technical issue with product and dev team

What you\'ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

• At least 2 years in a similar role OR relevant experience
• Knowledge of digital media
• Experience in advertising and media buying

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of programmatic
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills and project management
• Proactive problem solving
