Reporting to the Digital Performance Marketing Manager, this role is essential to executing digital campaigns, website updates, and ongoing marketing activities.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a strong sense of ownership over their work. They thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering a seamless and engaging online experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update content on Scenic and Emerald Cruises Canadian websites, including landing pages, blogs, and promotional content.
• Coordinate website updates with the global web team to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
• Implement content updates based on briefs from Directors and other stakeholders.
• Assist with SEO efforts such as on-page optimization and blog publishing.
• Support email marketing by coordinating with CRM specialists on campaign implementation and taxonomy management.
• Monitor website performance and report any issues for resolution.
• Ensure updates are executed accurately and on time to support marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in website content management or digital marketing.
• Basic CMS experience (Sitecore preferred but not required, Wordpress is a plus).
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Basic UX knowledge is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to complex software.
• A portfolio showcasing web content or development work will significantly strengthen your application.
