Position Overview
Pqxel is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone well-versed in digital advertising and social media marketing across multiple platforms, with a proven history of running successful online campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving creative strategy. You will collaborate with senior marketers and project teams to design, launch, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and TikTok.

Pqxel does not outsource work to contractors, so please do not apply if you are currently engaged in multiple other projects
Candidates must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
Responsibilities
:
Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and TikTok.
Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to refine targeting strategies.
Contribute to ad creative development (copy, visuals, video snippets, A/B testing).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.
Manage budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Canadian Citizen or PR with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience (via freelance, internships, or personal projects) with at least 2 of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok.
Foundational understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising.
Proficiency with basic tools such as Excel, Google Docs, or analytics dashboards.
Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn new tools, ad platforms, and marketing frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Must have a registered corporation for invoicing.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
Preferred Experience
Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns.
Strong communication and written skills in English
Additional Provisions:
Always Remote
Flexible work hours (preferably aligned with Toronto business hours).
Ability to work on non-competing projects with prior approval.
Uncapped commissions on qualified leads generated.
Compensation
:
100% commission-based, paid to your corporation.
Ongoing commissions for as long as onboarded accounts generate revenue (conditions apply).
High earning potential based on performance.

Pay: $50,984.54-$61,400.74 per year
