Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a versatile, results-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of our digital marketing efforts and grow our online presence across all major platforms. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution in areas such as social media management, website management, content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, analytics, and digital best practices. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you will execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support lead generation and broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Content Creation & Management

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms

Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and key dates

Design visuals and short-form video content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut

Write compelling copy for posts, stories, and campaigns that reflect the brand voice and encourage engagement

Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to refine content strategy

Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and grow our online community

Website Management

Oversee day-to-day company websites

Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UX, site speed, and mobile responsiveness

Optimize website content for SEO, including metadata, keywords, and structure

Publish blog posts, landing pages, and campaign content

Monitor site performance and user behavior via Google Analytics and make data-informed improvements

Requirements:



OMVIC License or willing to obtain license a must.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or web content management

Strong portfolio of content (posts, videos, visuals) and website work

Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)

Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices

Strong communication, copywriting, and visual content skills

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact or similar)

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

Experience with paid social media and display ads

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Activex, DealerMine, Salesforce)

Graphic design or video editing experience
