This role involves cross-department collaboration, requiring close coordination with marketing and IT teams.

Digital Marketing Specialist:

Timely execution of website banners for impacted pages - product category pages, homepage, and promotional pages. Creating and managing product listings on company erp system Along with product team, write compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and sales. Entering and maintaining accurate data records in Excel spreadsheets. Develop strong understanding of internal merchandising and web systems to troubleshoot merchandising system/process issues. Research & create keyword lists for Google Ads Search Campaigns Support the marketing team with simple admin tasks

Office Admin :

Help colleagues fix computer, printer, and basic equipment problems in the office Report website issues and other tech problems to our IT

Who We're Looking For

Tech-savvy and good with computers (Windows, internet search, basic office equipment) Can speak and write in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) Good team player, helpful and positive Organized and able to manage time well Able to think critically and solve problems

Nice to Have

Diploma, certificate, or experience in digital marketing or IT is an asset. Experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, video editing, or basic website management is a plus
