Digital Marketing Specialist - Furniture Spot & Mattress Outlet (Halifax, NS)

Pay:

$27-$32/hour (based on experience) + quarterly performance bonuses

Schedule:

Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

We're growing fast and looking for a

hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist

to run our day to day marketing, from ads to website updates and help drive both in-store and online sales.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and

Google Ads

campaigns Update and maintain our

Shopify

website, promotions, landing pages, and SEO improvements Manage our

social media content calendar

(posts, stories, video clips, and paid boosts) Create or oversee simple graphics or video content (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools) Monitor performance using

Meta Ads Manager

,

Google Analytics

, and

Shopify Analytics

Report weekly on results (traffic, sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) Coordinate with the store team for sales events, promotions, and creative ideas Support in-store signage, photo/video shoots, and other marketing needs

Who You Are

3+ years of experience in

digital marketing

or

e-commerce

Hands-on with

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify

Strong understanding of

SEO

and organic growth strategies Comfortable creating and editing short-form content (reels, videos, images) Analytical thinker who cares about ROI, not vanity metrics Self-starter who enjoys working independently in a small, fast-moving business
