Orion Consulting is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to support our online presence, track performance, and help us turn data into actionable marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving online traffic, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing conversions. This role requires a candidate who can work independently, and who brings a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and drive traffic to the website.
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines, improving SEO performance.
Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are optimized for visibility and sales.
Create engaging content for various channels including social media, email marketing, and blogs.
Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Utilize Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising to create targeted ad campaigns that reach specific audiences.
Design graphics and visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and other similar graphic design platforms, for marketing materials.
Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, SEO, and analytics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, for website management and data analysis. SQL experience preferred, but not required.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe and Canva.
Familiarity with WordPress for website development and maintenance.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

What We Offer
Flexible hours (approx. 10-15 hrs/week to start). Role is WFH, but will require an occasional in-person meetup in the GTA. Location TBD.
