About the job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Manager responsible for managing marketing campaigns, customer touchpoints, and process-driven initiatives across retail and digital channels. The ideal candidate will blend offline + digital marketing expertise, project management, customer journey mapping, automation, and strategic leadership to increase engagement, traffic, and conversions across retail stores, ecommerce, and B2B channels.



Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Performance Ownership

Develop and execute digital strategy across B2B/B2C, retail, and ecommerce channels. Own performance KPIs: ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversions, store traffic uplift, and lead quality. Build quarterly digital roadmaps and manage media budgets across paid platforms. Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research, and identify growth opportunities. Present monthly performance dashboards and insights to leadership. Own SEO strategy (technical, on-page, content) with internal/external teams. Support quarterly strategic reviews, forecasting, and performance planning. Manage creative requirements, messaging clarity, and digital asset approvals.

Retail Initiatives Oversight

Launch and manage retail landing pages, appointment systems, and store-specific campaigns. Track branding rollout and ensure consistency across retail and partner stores. Execute Google Review acquisition and follow-up processes.

Influencer, UGC & Event Management

Plan and execute influencer partnerships and UGC-driven campaigns. Coordinate retail events, promotions, and vendor communications. Prepare detailed event performance reports.

AI Agent, Process & Automation Management

Build and implement AI agents and automated workflows to improve speed-to-lead and operational efficiency. Monitor customer feedback, run system tests, and develop automated dashboards and reports.

Collaboration & Vendor Coordination

Work with internal teams, retail stakeholders, and partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Manage vendor communications, co-op approvals, and deliverables.

Data & Lead Management

Maintain and segment CRM lead lists; track conversion metrics and lead quality. Prepare campaign performance and lead flow reports for internal and B2B teams.

Branding Management

Maintain consistency of store and partner branding across all touchpoints. Track design approvals, artwork progress, and branding compliance.

Contract Type:

6-Month Contract (with strong potential to convert into a permanent full-time role based on performance and business needs)

Compensation Range:

$75,000 - $80,000 CAD annualized equivalent (paid biweekly during contract period, based on experience)
