Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager at 6ix, you'll work directly with public companies to plan, execute, and optimize their virtual investor events. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering high-quality campaigns, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. This role blends client management, event production, and creative strategy--ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly meetings with assigned clients, maintaining strong and proactive relationships. Take excellent, detailed notes and follow up on all client requests promptly. Be an expert in setting up and scheduling virtual events on the 6ix platform. Ideate and develop panel concepts and event themes that align with each client's goals. Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot. Coordinate email and social media promotion for upcoming events to maximize attendance and engagement. Demonstrate energy, empathy, and professionalism in every client interaction. Maintain severe attention to detail in every aspect of event setup, communication, and reporting. Respond promptly and professionally to client communications via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Qualifications

3+ years of account management experience, preferably in a client-facing, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the metals and mining industry is a strong advantage. Experience working with small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or public companies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex ideas clearly. Fluency in French or Spanish is considered an asset.
