Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute digital marketing strategies to drive student enrollments, brand visibility, and institutional growth. This role requires expertise in education marketing, lead generation, compliance-driven advertising, and performance optimization across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Enrollment Growth
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase student admissions and program awareness
Align campaigns with academic intakes, PR pathways, and regulatory requirements
Manage annual digital marketing budgets and forecast enrollment performance
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Drive high-quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance standards
Manage landing pages, funnels, and conversion optimization strategies.
SEO, Website & Content Marketing
Oversee SEO strategy for program pages, blogs, and immigration-aligned keywords
Collaborate with content creators to produce student-focused, compliance-safe content
Ensure website accuracy, performance, and CRO best practices
Email, CRM & Automation
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and follow-ups
Build email workflows for inquiries, admissions, and student engagement
Ensure smooth coordination between marketing and admissions teams
Analytics, Reporting & Compliance
Track and analyze KPIs including CPL, enrollments, ROAS, and conversion rates
Prepare performance reports for leadership and admissions teams
Ensure adherence to advertising, privacy, and education compliance standards
Team & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external vendors
Support brand positioning across all digital touchpoints
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing (education or healthcare preferred)
Proven success in student lead generation and enrollment marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, CRM, and analytics tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in private career colleges or international student marketing
Knowledge of Canadian education and immigration-related marketing compliance
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Student inquiries and enrollments
Cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates
Website traffic and lead quality
