Job Description

SG Auto is an automotive dealer group with five locations across Alberta. We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our centralized head office team. This is an entry-level to mid-level opportunity, ideal for a marketing professional with 1-5 years of hands-on experience in digital or paid media who's ready to take on a more strategic, multi-brand role in a growing small business environment.

In this position, you'll manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and brand engagement across all SG Auto dealerships. You'll work closely with our in-store teams to ensure every campaign reflects our local communities and dealer values.

Responsibilities



The core of this role is thehands-on execution, optimization, and analysis of SG Auto's paid digital media programs -- with direct accountability for driving qualified leads across our dealership network.

Performance Digital Media Execution



Lead Performance Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and manage performance-focused digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on SEM and

Paid Social Ads.

Hands-On Optimization:

Conduct regular analysis, testing, keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to maximize ROI and lead quality.

Budget Execution:

Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Reporting, Strategy & Collaboration



Performance Reporting:

Develop, maintain, and present detailed performance reports and dashboards highlighting key metrics for each dealership's leadership team.

Team Integration:

Collaborate closely with owned and organic marketing teammates to ensure campaigns are aligned and integrated across channels.

Local Focus:

Customize digital strategies for each of our five dealership markets in partnership with local sales leaders.

Candidate Profile Required Skills & Experience



1-5 years of hands-on experience in adigital marketing role with a focus on performance marketing (SEM, Paid Social). Advanced knowledge and proven experience with Google Ads (Search and feed-based campaigns such as Shopping or Vehicle Listing Ads) and Google Analytics. Certifications are highly valued. Proven ability to manage marketing budgets with a strong focus onlead generation and ROI. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into action. Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and takes initiative without needing direction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications



Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in the

automotive industry

or working with local/small businesses is a significant asset. Proficiency with tools such as Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, and Looker Studio.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
