Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to support business growth, agent branding, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate brokerage marketing and a deep understanding of industry trends, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Build strong relationships with existing and new clients as part of retention strategies Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and website management. Execute marketing initiatives tailored to real estate agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for self-branding and promotion. Manage and optimize CRM marketing tools to streamline client outreach and engagement. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and marketing partners. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a real estate brokerage marketing role. Proven experience in real estate marketing strategies, lead generation, and agent branding. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software. Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with agents, leadership, and external partners. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Preferred skills but not mandatory



Experience working with RE/MAX or other leading real estate brokerages. Understanding of real estate market trends, agent marketing needs, and property advertising strategies. Knowledge of MLS systems and real estate data platforms.
