YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO A POSITIVE IMPACT
The Digital Marketing Advisor is our digital expert, helping to boost our organization's visibility, maintain brand image, and promote our events, products, and services across various digital channels. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Group Manager, you will actively participate in designing and executing a variety of marketing communications activities.
12-month fixed-term contract as a maternity leave replacement.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the development, coordination, and execution of digital communication campaigns to support marketing communication plans and promote our events to clients
Plan and monitor editorial calendars for social media, websites, and newsletters, ensuring consistency and quality of published content
Create and write engaging content (texts, videos, visuals) to strengthen the visibility of our products, events, and employer brand on digital platforms
Update and evolve website and social media content to meet organizational needs and deliver a smooth, engaging, and relevant user experience
Analyze website and social media performance, make recommendations, and implement optimizations based on data and trends
Structure, implement, and maintain the event management platform (Cvent), event websites, and mobile app for our conferences and webinars
Manage licensing and tracking for the company's digital tools and provide user support (e.g., MentiMeter)
Communicate proactively with stakeholders to facilitate strategy and action plan execution
Negotiate with external suppliers for goods and services related to digital projects
Act as an advisor to internal clients, supporting their digital marketing projects and use of digital tools
Stay up to date on digital marketing trends to integrate best practices into the organization
Participate in tool evolution and continuous improvement of team processes by sharing expertise, ideas, and support
SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM
University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
8-10 years of relevant experience in marketing communications and digital marketing
Experience in companies offering B2B products and services
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (interactions with international English-speaking clients for support and social media management)
Proficiency in email marketing, social media, web content management systems (CMS), and basic visual creation tools (e.g., Canva)
Basic knowledge of HTML
Strong organizational and planning skills
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while honoring commitments
Ability to prioritize and solve problems proactively
Customer focus and ability to collaborate effectively with various business areas (e.g., product management, sales)
ASSETS THAT WILL SET YOU APART
Experience in the technology sector or a software development company
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 automation tools, Cvent event platform, and MentiMeter interactive app
Experience in AI-driven optimization (AIO) for improving content visibility and positioning with AI agents and search engines
Knowledge of SEO tools
